Ingredients:



 

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced into strips)

  • 300g (10 oz) pasta (penne or fettuccine work well)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked (about 5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, sauté the onion for 2–3 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

  6. Return the chicken to the pan, then add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
